Write to info@figurebetter.com. That reaches us for anything: how a calculator works, a correction, a licensing or partnership question, or a privacy request. It’s the same address our emails come from, so replying to one of those works just as well.
Corrections
If a calculator gives an answer you believe is wrong, send the page address and the numbers you entered. Every calculator shows its formula and assumptions on the page, so tell us which step looks off and we’ll either fix it or explain the reasoning. Corrections to the guides are just as welcome.
Privacy requests
We hold very little: an email address if you subscribed, and nothing you type into a calculator — those values never leave your browser. To be removed, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to us and we’ll do it by hand. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
What we can’t help with
We can’t give personalised financial, tax, or investment advice. FigureBetter is educational — the calculators show their working so you can check it, but a decision about your own money deserves someone who knows your full situation and is licensed to advise on it. See the terms.
